Hyman's restaurant was excellent. i ate there on friday and ate the special and well-known dish called shrimp and grits. at first i thought it would be disgusting, but this dish was tasty, zesty, and had a different yet flavorful taste. It was excellent. Check it out!!! Its in CHarleston, SC.
